Capgemini Consulting’s competency model is a process for evaluating performance and development among our talent. It ensures that all CC consultants are trained, evaluated, and promoted consistently, transparently, and fairly. It defines expectations and development opportunities for each job grade.
Twice annually, we measure each consultant’s individual performance within clearly defined competency dimensions. In those reviews, a consultant’s performance is calibrated against others’ in the same grade, and decisions on promotion and development are made. As feedback is a core element of Capgemini Consulting’s culture, consultants are informed about decisions and the next steps after each review.
