Mark Taylor leads Capgemini Consulting’s customer experience transformation practice. He comes to Capgemini with more than 25 years’ experience designing, developing and delivering transformative solutions informed by data and enabled by technology.

Prior to Capgemini, Mark was Chief Operating Officer at Rosetta (a Publicis company) and before that Mark held senior positions in several global agencies.

Born and educated in the UK, Mark has worked extensively in Europe, living and working in France for 12 years and in the US where he has been a resident for 17 years. Mark studied Economics and Business Administration at Sheffield Hallam University.
